They did get the lawn done and it looked good afterward, so no real complaints there. The only thing was the timing was a little all over the place. My first appointment ended up getting pushed back, and I didn’t really get much of a heads-up, which was kind of frustrating when I’d planned my day around it. Not a terrible experience or anything... I’d probably consider using them again if they were a bit more reliable with the schedule.

I’ve used LawnGuru a few times now, it’s been easy. Booking a mow takes like a minute. Price is shown before you submit, which I really like. No guessing. The updates are clear too, so I’m not sitting there wondering if anyone’s actually coming. I had one small question and found what I needed in the app fast. Simple app. Does what it’s supposed to.

I used Lawn Guru it was easy to set up and the lawn got taken care of just fine. No real complaints about the actual work. But the price felt a little steep for what it was, especially compared to a local guy I used before who charged less. Whoever runs this should probably rethink the value a bit, because it’s not bad, but I’m not totally sure it’s worth it for me...

I needed to move my mowing day and, uh, it was no hassle at all. Got it changed easily and it wasn’t a big deal.
